This notice covers the tokacha.com website. In short: no cookies, no analytics, no ads, no accounts, no tracking.

Who we are

When you visit the website

• We don’t use cookies or analytics, and we don’t ask you to sign up or fill in anything.
• Our web host serves the pages. Like every web server, it sees your IP address and browser type to deliver them.
• Fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address.
• The homepage asks our shop system for the latest opening hours. That system runs on Vercel, which sees your IP address. Your browser keeps a copy of the hours (no personal data) so the page shows them faster next time.
• Some of these services may store data outside the Philippines.

Messenger, Facebook, phone and maps

When you tap a link to Messenger, Facebook or Google Maps, that service’s own privacy policy applies. When you message or call us, we use what you tell us only to answer you and to prepare your order.

Online ordering

Online ordering isn’t open yet, so the website doesn’t collect any order details. When online ordering opens, we’ll update this notice first, to say what an order collects, why, and how long we keep it.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email info@tokacha.com. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
